Upgrading Hard Drive - MacBook Pro 13" mid 2009

I currently have a 13" MacBook Pro mid 2009. I am wanting to upgrade to a bigger HDD from the 250Gb originally installed.

I am seeking the best advice on what size, brand and speed HDD I can upgrade to. I know that I can only fit a 2.5" wide x 9.5mm thick HDD

I went with a 500GB hybrid and did not have any problems with it.
