When I plug my iPhone into my Macbook, I immediately get the message: Because a USB device was drawing too much power from your computer, one or more of your USB devices have been disabled. If I unplug the phone but leave the cable in the USB slot, the message continues to pop up. Therefore I cannot sync my iPhone, period. Just upgraded to OS Lion in the last 2 weeks.

Your Mac's Specs
MacBook Air M1 2020 Ventura 13.4.1 500Gb 8Gb. iPhone12, Watch 5, HomePods.
Turn off you Macbook>unplug the power cord for half an hour>reboot with nothing connected>plug devices back into each USB port and see if that works. Sometimes they need resetting, there are other more technical methods but try that first.
