My music is pretty much my life. I could lose all my software I ever developed as long as I had my music I could rebuild.

Something like that did happen to me I think a bit over a week now.
I was messing around with my system and I accidentally erased my HD. Lost everything, all the software i developed (fortuntely most of the barebones were backed up).

The first thing I reinstalled was FileBuddy (to make files visable), pluged in my iPod.
Went through Filebuddy made the music folder visible, copied it to my HD, and all was good :)

Just bringing back a thread from 5 years ago.... :)

Yeah my music is my life as well. I couldn't live without my Touch (I had to for a week during it's repair *GASP*)

I sold my iPod in June thinking that Apple was going to lower prices on the new Touch... but they didn't and still haven't :( Now I am iPod-less until prices on the 32gb models drop

Do you expect the models to drop in price at the next conference?

Why did you post in a thread that was last written in 5 years ago? Isn't that a no-no?

Eh not really. I know some message boards where it's looked down upon though.

It doesn't make sense though to post in a thread where a user was asking for help two years ago and then you post now trying to help them still. :p
