MMS Not Working

Ever since I got a 4S MMS hasn't been working. I've rebooted the iPhone, check it's turned on in Settings, turned on data roaming and even reset the network settings.

Is this a general problem? Any idea how it can be fixed?

Imac 21.5 Inch 3.06 GHZ 4GB Ram 500 Gig HD, Ipad 32 GB, Iphone 4S 16 GB.
When you say not working exactly what doesnt work?

If you are trying to use imessage to send messages to people and it doesnt work they need to also be on IOS5.
