Upgraded last week and was sceptical about the new features on the 4S as I had a 4.
I have to say I am amazed at how much better the 4S is.
Reception is far improved - Always at full strength whereas I used to only get 3 bars on my 4.
Everything is so much faster including the Internet which is now lightning fast.
SIRI is amazing - As much as I thought "Voice dialing how tacky" it works brilliantly and saves typing where its not always possible to do so.
Havent used the camera yet so cant report on that.
In the UK the price you get for selling the 4 is still very good (£300+) so am using that to fund the £99 my 4S cost me.
To anyone in two minds about upgrading from a 4 its definately worth considering
