can someone help me with my mail?

on my macbook pro, i set up my email. well, the issue is, is that i would like to delete some of the emails that i have - but i cannot find where it'll allow for me to do that.

can someone tell me how i do this? the reason i wish to delete these email addresses from receiving mail, is because a lot of it i just do not use anymore.
