Excel won't pull over data on spreadsheet

I am running Microsoft Excel on my Mac Airbook. I have no issues with most spreadsheets, but for some reason on a large report spreadsheet that has a lot of data that is pulled into it I have issues. The data that is to be pulled into the report all shows up as #REF.

I am choosing to Ignore Links when opening so it should not be trying to update that data from the remote source.

Any idea?
