As Razor indicates - it's a tribute to Steve Jobs - and "One more thing..." was Steve's way of introducing the latest Apple innovation at his keynotes - so it seems like a great name for the bot whose primary role is to introduce us to noteworthy Apple news elements - and a small way for us to pay tribute.
