Sprint won't offer iPhone 4S with unlocked micro-SIM card slot

Contrary to initial reports, Sprint will not sell an unlocked micro-SIM version of Apple's iPhone 4S, forcing users to pay roaming fees when traveling abroad.

That sucks. If AT&T and Verizon are going to be selling unlocked "world phones" then why the heck would I want to buy from Sprint? That's stupid on their part, in my opinion.

Over the years Sprint has continually "shot themselves in the foot" with their customers. Which is one reason why prior to putting all their eggs in the iPhone basket, they were about to go south. What they need is a change at the top.
