Camera on lock screen problem

Evening all,

I've just updated my iphone 4 to the new OS and the camera option is not on the lock screen, I thought this was going to be part of the upgrade.

Is anyone else having this issue, or does anyone know how to resolve it?

It's there, you have to double tap on the home button.. like bringing up the ipod interface from locked.
