ipad 2 w smart cover and ivisor from moshi

I was wondering if anoybody on this forum has an ipad2 with a smart cover and a moshi ivisor screen cover? If so, how do you like it? Does the screen cover interfere with any functionality of the smart cover such as putting it to sleep when the smart cover is closed/covering the screen?
