PS3 controller to iMac (2011) via bluetooth

is it possible to connect the PS3 controller to my iMac? bluetooth or usb; doesn't matter.

if it's possible, can anyone point me to the right direction?

This thread should provide you with the answer. I've not tried it myself, but can't see any reason why it wouldn't work.

as I posted on the other thread you first plug the controller in with USB then you get the flashing lights on the controller, leave it for like 5 seconds the unplug it once the lights stop flashing hit the PS button on the controller and it should pair with your mac right away, if it doesn't work restart your mac and do it again it'll work that time.
