I recently purchased AluPen Stylus from "Just Mobile" for my iPad 2. I have to say it is one of the best stylus I have used, and I've used a TON. My grandmother who has an iPad 1 that I purchased for her tried it out and ended up buying one in every color. Does anyone else have this stylus? What are your thoughts?

Bamboo stylus. Nice and thin. Well balanced

I think the AluPen does all that's needed accurately PLUS is half the price of the Bamboo one.

I was asked for my opinion and I gave it. I wasn't trying to run down anyone else's choices

The first stylus I had was a Ten One Design Pogo and I hated it. It didn't last long, the felt tip flattened and broke off.

I bought a BoxWave Capacitive as a replacement. It's ok. I still have it but I don't love it. I'm still looking for the one.

I don't have any apps that require the kind of control where I'd need a stylus, sorry. My finger is still doin' the job for me (though I'm aware that there are apps where a stylus would be more useful).

currently using Griffin

And loving it.

I use it with bamboo software, Sketchbook pro, and to do the drawings while taking notes in class.
