mac mail in Lion - need help with rules

I need to set up a rule based on the presence of a particular keyword in the header. Rules doesn't offer the option of searching the entire header, and message content apparently means just what it says. If I add the keyword to the header fields, it still doesn't work.

Any ideas out there?
