Automator Workflow

My iChat logs folder has been cluttered with thousands of iChat logs, and I have been looking for a simple way to organize it. From what I've heard of automator, it seemed like the program that could do it for me. What I would like it to do, is take the name from the log title, make a folder using that name, then move all the logs with that name to the new folder. I am having a little trouble getting this to work however. Would someone be willing to put together a workflow that could accomplish this?
