DVD/RW change bad drive imac

I have an IMAC 27inch late 2009

The optical drive is caput its a HL-DT-ST DVDRW GA11N:

I have perchased a new drive it is an eqvilent drive DC_8A2SH-11-T
Looks same and has same data.

Does anybody know if there will be problems with drivers when i change this drive.

If the new optical drive is an equivalent to the old one, there should be no problems with using it. After installing it, open up your System Profiler application to make sure it's recognized. Then of course test it with some commercial DVDs and your OS X install DVD which is a double layer disk.
