Why should i get Lion?

Not at all, at least that is not what I think is the general intent.
1) We have no idea what hardware you have
2) We also don't know what software you are running (and there are potential compatibilty issues with older software)
3) We also don't know what you hope to gain by the upgrade
I think Vansmith's post was simply to encourage you to do some research because there is a lot of information out there and many threads related to this topic on this site (we have a search tool that works quite well).
To be absolutely honest I originally ignored your post and didn't bother to reply because of the lack of information from you and the apparence that you had done zero research on your own.
We can (and are glad to) help, but we can't decide for you--if for no other reason that we don't know enough about you and your situation.

If you have the means and do not care about some softwares might not go along with, then get it, lion is the future of mac. If you buy the download version, will cost you around $30+, it is the best money you ever spent. That is all I can say.

I agree with Razormac here - we need to more about your current hardware and how you use it to determine whether or not we can recommend Lion. In fact, depending on the hardware you have, you may not even be able to upgrade.

If you still use legacy apps then no.
If your computer has borderline specs for upgrade then no.( you are more than qualified there)
If you are happy with your current OS then no.
If your peripherals are not Lion ready then no.( make sure your printer,ex HD, and whatever components you will attach are Lion ready)
If none of those apply get to downloading.(advantages will be full 64bit capability and added features)
