ACLr8 download needs app

I downloaded ACLr8 and when I click on the icon, I get the message
no default application specified to open the document "ACLr8. I did drag the icon into the applications file (not on the dock cause Applications are not on the dock) and I get the icon moved into app folder. When I click on that, I get same message of no application association. Thanks in advance for any help.

Download it again and double click the .dmg file. When it opens, double click the icon to make sure it works, and then drag it to your Applications or Utilities folder.

I just verified that it still works with Lion. And yes, it does - still safe to use for repairing those odd ball permissions.
