I'm trying to create a 'call back' list in Neo Office with a spread sheet for my biz.
Is there any way to have the data cells put the most recent entries in the 'top' of the list? When I have huge lists of numbers to call back it becomes very difficult to 'scroll' down to the newest available data cell to enter input or retrieve a number for calling.
Hopefully some folks have had a similar need for a spread sheet to do this kind of entry.
I'm new here...but, hope someone can tell me how to set this up in Neo Office!!

Thanks!

Howdy. Are you having any other identifier besides the phone number? Like date and time? If you so could use the reverse sort. Select all data columns and then sort based on date and time (note: you can either have time included in the date, probably the easiest way).
