Is there a way to clone a Linux drive with OS X?

I'm trying to clone a DirecTV DVR drive (which is Linux) in OS X. Any software for this?

SuperDuper and CCC only work with drives that are formatted to HFS+ (Extended Journaled). He's trying to clone a Linux drive not an OS X drive.
