Hi I am currently running outlook 2011 and I am having a problem. Basically my send/receive was lagging because I had a very full inbox in my pop server and I couldnt receive new emails to my outlook. This has happened hundreds of times in the past with no problems, i just go to my webmail, delete all in the pop inbox (it was around 8000 this time!) and usually that solves it and i can send/receive again normally.
However that was on Windows and this is the first time i have done this on a MAC and it has completely crashed out my outlook, i begin to send/receive and then it just freezes, thats that. Force quit after force quit, restarts, everything i can think of, I start outlook 2011, it freezes and there is nothing i can do but quit.
Can anyone help?
