Hey guys,

I have a 2008 Mac Pro and my NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GT has stopped working. I'm looking for a replacemet and wondering if this GeForce GTX 560 Ti would work. here is the link to the card I'm looking at.

Nope...won't work. No where does it say that it's Macintosh or Mac OS compatible.

It seems to me that there is not a whole lot out there for video cards for the mac. I'm running windows 7 pro through boot camp and I need a good video card for 3ds max. I'd also like a card that is CUDA for running Vray RT.

You're absolutely correct. And to make the choices even more "narrow"...all Macintosh video cards (that are available) are not compatible with all Mac Pro models (models 2006-2011).
