Email, Gmail or Apple Mail?

imac 27" 3.2GHz core i3. iphone 5. iPod classic 160g. macbook air 13" . apple tv.
Ok I've tried all three and e mail was ok for windows systems, Gmail lasted about a week its got to be apple mail just purely for its simplicity and the way it syncs with iPhone and iPad

Looks like gmail conversations which I like, and it's simple and clean.
