Problems with downloading

Hello guys

First of all i'm not sure wether this is the right place to post this question, but feel free to move the thread to another forum. Well, here goes..

I have desided that i want to start programming in Java and because of that i have tryed to download the programs Borland JBuilder and NetBeans several times, but every time the transfer is getting cancelled after a few minnutes. Does anyone have an idea of why this is happening?
Normally i have no problems with downloading.

Which browser are you using? Also, provide a link to those programs so we can go to the site to test the download.
