I need to buy Snow Leopard from the online Apple Store (to upgrade a OS X Leopard which is no problem, but for the software we are running (until we can afford to upgrade all our Macs to Pro-Tools 9) I need OS X 10.6.7 or less.

If I buy the Snow Leopard retail disc from the online Apple Store, does anyone know which version of SL it is? If it is 10.6.8 then I'm stuck!

Asked the guys at our local Apple Store and he presumed that it was just the base 10.6.0 but couldn't confirm it.

Does anyone he may have just bought a SL retail disc recently know which version is on the disc?

Thanks in advance.

As far as i'm aware the version will be the base 10.6, any updates since then will be download only.
