I have an iMac 7,1 24 inch

Processor Name: Intel Core 2 Duo
Processor Speed: 2.4 GHz
Number Of Processors: 1
Total Number Of Cores: 2
L2 Cache: 4 MB
Memory: 2 GB
Bus Speed: 800 MHz

Graphic
Chipset Model: ATI,RadeonHD2600
Type: Display
Bus: PCIe
PCIe Lane Width: x16
VRAM (Total): 256 MB

Ram
2gb
Type: DDR2 SDRAM

I want to do all the upgrades I can to be able to edit 1080p footage on FCP.
What will I be able to get upgraded by apple or myself?
I need a Quad Core, 4 or 6 gb ram, and a upgrade on the graphics card.
I also want to be able to play games like TF2 and HomeFront.

Your Mac's Specs
MacMini M-1 MacOS Monterey, iMac 2010 27"Quad I7 , MBPLate2011, iPad Pro10.5", iPhoneSE
I own the 20" Aluminum iMac with the same specs as yours.

Only things I know you can do it up the Ram to 4GB (you can go to 6GB with a kit from OWC) and a larger hard drive. CPU is soldered in and I am sure on that model the video chipset is on the Logicboard.

Even if the CPU was socketed which I am sure it's not, have the manual here BTW, the Chipset would not support a Quad Core.

Black MacBook 2.2GHz C2D, 4GB Ram - iMac G4 700MHz, 512MB Ram
More ram might help, but if you're doing some heavy 1080p video editing, or gaming, your best bet might be to sell your current iMac and save up for an i7 iMac or a Mac Pro.
