Syncing iPhone calendar with iCal over Wifi?

Hi guys, sorry if this has been asked a million times before - I tried the search feature but I couldn't find what I was looking for...

Is it possible to Sync iCal with the calendar on my iPhone without connecting it to the iMac? E.g. Wirelessly?

For some reason I seem to think that I should be able to if both the phone and the iMac are connected to the same network... But haven't found anything saying I can.

Not without involving a third party such as Google Calendar (setup instructions here).

You used to be able to with MobileMe - but that's being phased out. Hopefully iCloud will fill that gap soon.
