Are Case with magnet bad to ipod?

Any kind of magnetic flux is not good around electronic storage devices of any kind. Don't put your iPod in a magnetic case.

I'm surprised such a case even exists. Where did you find out about these cases?

to be more specific i am talking about this one CAPDASE
I bought it in a official apple retailer store. It has magnets for lock

That should be OK. We thought you were referring to a case made from metal with magnetic backing. I've seen cases like that but they're primarily for holding something other than an electronic storage device.
