We are using an uncommon email program (pmmail for os/2) and want to import the address book to the mac address book.
I can get it into csv format with the following fields:
nickname, full name, email
How should I arrange this so that the addresses are useable on the mac?
Also, we see entries in the address book that do not seem to show up when entering a name into the To: box for a new message. How do we correct this situation? I'd really like to be able to do it modifying the csv file and reimporting it, if any global changes are needed.
