Word Table Format issue

I am using Word Mac 2011 and creating numerous tables in a document. Occasionally, when I enter data on the last line of a table the field wraps and only the last line of the data field appears. If I add a new line at the bottom of the table, all the text reappears. I suspect it is a formatting issue as I might have 10 tables in a document and only 2 of the tables will have this issue. Any suggestions?

I personally find creating tables within word - to be cumbersome and difficult unless they're relatively small and simple - because they do tend to behave strangely for me sometimes. On one hand they behave well - because they adapt to additional data after the fact better than a pasted in Excel table- but on the other hand they seem to get squirrely from time to time. One of the primary reasons I almost always build a table in Excel.

You should set the document to show markup and see where your paragraph breaks and page breaks are. You'll probably be able to find a much more succinct answer at the Office 2011 forums. Office for Mac - Microsoft Answers
