Where to download single songs?

Just recently picked up a Mac Book Pro, what program is the best program to download single songs? I have also use torrents but I need a program for when I just want a single song and not a whole album.

Don't need a program if you use Amazon.
Well, actually you do... their MP3 downloader.

Best app for me is iTunes.

Amazon and iTunes both allow you to purchase single songs or the whole album..

Any music downloaded from a torrent is going to be a pirated copy. Stay away from torrent downloads.

Well, it's POSSIBLE that a music torrent isn't pirated, but "odds of winning the lottery" is a phrase that springs to mind ...

Look, bottom line: if you want a HIGH-QUALITY, correctly-encoded, single song that isn't currently or recently in the top 40, you want to spend a buck with iTunes or Amazon. It's that simple, and best of all ... the artist actually gets a bit of that money instead of being ripped off again.

Heh, fair enough. It's not too bad tho if you know where to look and find CCM. I'm using it lots for Youtube and Vimeo videos. I was fed up some videos not being able to be played in certain countries due to a pretty screwed up global DRM system.
