I accidentally dropped my MacBook Air 13" 256GB (Late 2010) on the floor one day (I KNOW IT WAS A BAD IDEA), and the edges of the keyboard and trackpad aluminum unibody was scratched. It was like small bits of aluminum that broke off; in other words, cracked.
I'm not sure what I can do; I don't want to buy a new one or trade-in, and I don't want to cover it up with a case. I had an idea of asking my D.T teacher to help me file it, but I'm not sure will the vibration do damage to my MacBook Air.
I need urgent help. Any comments will save the life of a teenager.
Many thanks!
