Dashboard Widgets behind other windows

OK, i'm kind of new to OSX just got my own mac a few weeks ago... I was wondering if anyone knew how to make the dashboard widgets that have been placed on teh desktop go the the background...

I have so far been able to put the windgets on the desktop by turing on dev mode but they currently sit on top of any and all programs and thats kind of annoying especially if i want to watch a video in fullscreen.

anyone know how to push them behind the other windows?

This is the single reason I am still using Konfabulator. If I could get them to go in the background, I would use the Dashboard stuff only.
