Hi

Recently I installed OSX Lion and Officepack 2011.

Now there´s a xlsx file named B1001000 on my desktop, which I can´t open or delete?

Anybody know what this might be?

Thanx

I read some other treads on this forum and tried to reboot my Mac. Now this file has disappeared.

So if anyone experiencing problems like this... Reboot.

Easier than rebooting would be to just relaunch Finder:

1. Press Command-Option-Esc (or click Apple Menu, Force Quit).
2. Scroll to the bottom and select Finder, highlight it and click "Relaunch".
3. Finder should relaunch and the files will be gone.

Hope that helps.

Or just option-right-click finder in the Dock, select Relaunch.
