Imaging diag drive with multi partitions

I have created a USB drive with multiple bootable partitions for diagnostic reasons and I was wondering if anybody out there knows of a way to image the entire drive to a new drive without re creating all the individual partitions on the new drive and then individually placing the bootable diagnostic images on each partition.
