I accidentally dragged the downloads icon to the iPhoto icon on the dock. Now I can't find my downloads icon. It's now frustrating to download something and trying to save it to another folder. I just need to know how to find my downloads icon and get it back to the dock. Thanks.

Open the Finder. On the Finder sidebar you should have an icon for downloads. Just drag that icon to the right side of the Dock separator and drop it there. Your download icon will be re-created on the Dock. Right click on the iPhoto icon to see if the old download icon is there. It may have been deleted when you accidentally dropped it on iPhoto.
