I moved them to my PC and deleted them off my phone before I put them on youtube and doing it from the PC makes the videos grainy. I've moved them back to my phone before, but can't remember how. Syncing it just puts the videos into the iPod, not on the camera roll.
How do I move iphone videos from my PC back to my iphone 4 photos?

Theres plenty of programs that will help you out with your problem. do a quick search on the old google, look for an iphone file manager, they work great.... iphone browser is the one i have used.
