iTunes problem

I just bought a new Macbook and I transferred all my music from my iMac to my Macbook. However, in iTunes on my iMac, it says I have 23171 items but in iTunes on my Macbook, it says I have 22933 items. Why is the total of items different? I copied directly from my iTunes folder on my iMac so everything should be the same... Now I'm worried about what is missing on my Macbook. Since I have such a huge collection, I can't compare album by album... Any help would be appreciated.

Hmm I think the digital booklets didn't get transferred. In what folders would those be? I can't seem to find them in my iTunes folder.
