Hello Forum,

I currently use a single airport express with speakers and AirFoil to transmit itunes, firefox, and my iPhone in my apartment.

I would like to add 1-2 more airport expresses for other areas of my apartment.

Before doing so, I wanted to ask if there was a better solution, or a more integrated solution than Macbook Pro, 2 airport expresses and AirFoil for a "sound system" in my place.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Steve

You may want to give a budget for a better reply but it may be hard to beat price wise against buying another Express and the fact its bit perfect output on optical if that matters.

Osxx,

Thanks for the response. The way I am looking at it, I will have to spend $200 for 2 more airport expresses, plus another $200-$300 for speakers with them.

For $400 to $500, is there a significantly better solution?

I just don't want to piece together my own system if something already exists.

Thanks!

Steve
