Location Service Error - Operation Timeout?

I'm not an iPhone geek so I'm seeing this pop-up message occasionally and I close it out. The phone seems to be working OK, but this is just recent... like a week ago starting and it happens several times a day mainly when I'm tweeting. Is it something in my twitter setup that I screwed up?
