New HDD...steps for time machine

I am putting a new hard drive in my Macbook Pro.
I am going to install Lion from a bootable USB stick (already made that).
I have Time Machine running wirelessly over an external hard drive.

So, after I have installed the hard drive and Lion I need to connect to my wireless hard drive. But I don't have the password to my router and external hard drive. Once I have remembered those am I set for restoring my data from my Time Machine back up?

Even if you forgot the password to the router, it's a simple procedure to reset it. Just zero out your router by using its reset button which is either on the back or bottom of the unit. (Check the manual.)
