Transferring large file from Mac to PC?!?!

I have a 9 gig ISO file I want to transfer from my mac to my PC. How in the world is this done? The only format I know of that is compatible with both is the FAT32 format but it only handles up to 4 gig files. I've been pulling my hair out over this.

I don't know about others but I share a folder on my pc,and connect to it with my mac,that way i can transfer any file from my mac to pc,or vice versa, even 9gigs files

Go into System Preferences and click the sharing icon. Enable File Sharing and mount the drive from your Windows system. Drag and drop!
