Swapping 2008 (late) innards with Aluminum Macbook Casing

Hi, i have a macbook (late 2008) 2.4GHz. Its been through a lot... before me it was my moms. I fixed it after a major Coffee indecent. So i know the inside and out of this thing and absolutely love it (Except for gaming deficiency). and i love the look of the MBP, is there anyway I can take out the logic board, superdrive, everything, etc. and put it into a MBP or the Aluminum Macbook?

This may be a dumb question but itd be really cool to do this!

iFixit would be the place to look - I highly doubt it though.

Thanks for the quick reply, if thats not possible what about the black models casing? could i swap the white for the black? are they exactly the same?
