I've tried everything including deleting the .plists, and it is very frustrating not being able to listen to my iTunes library :\ Not sure if this is any help, but I've also had problems with Safari and iChat crashing also, although I've been able to fix them.

Tried re-downloading and installing iTunes. I know iTunes works under Lion I used it most of the day yesterday to listen to several internet radio stations.
