my mac is sharing its internet connection fine to another laptop. but how do i get that laptop to access the other computers on the lan
I have a small net using the following scheme
192.168.1.x
.1 --> router
.3 --> mac latop
.x ---> other computers (desktops) ...
I am using the mac laptop internet connection feature to share to another laptop that does not have a wireless connection. It is connected via ethernet to my mac laptop (.3)
the internet sharing is fine and I can get online but the other laptop now has an address of
192.168.2. [something ]

question: how do i get it to access the other computers on 192.168.1.x and their resources? eg: shared folder ..etc

btw, i cannot use wired as it would be to much cabling, of which i dont have anyway.
