kindle problem

Hi,

I have a first generation Kindle which my MAC used to recognise as a new drive in finder. Now it won't recognise it.

Can anyone help with this?

I don't have a Kindle so I can't help answer the question but why not use the Kindle software to manage your eBooks (here)?

Kindle Problem

Hi,
I had the same issue with my MacBook.
I could see the device on System Profiler, but the device was not mounted.
Finally, I followed this alternative reset and now it works.
