PPT: Making audio work in any computer

We were assigned a project to make in our computer subject. I am using MacOffice 2011 Edition for the powerpoint and iMovie for videos. Every time I save it as powerpoint show, the video and the audio won't work on my teacher's computer. :( I need help.

What kind of a computer does your teacher have? Is it a Windows computer? If so, you'll need to embed the video and audio to the Powerpoint file in a format that's compatible with Windows.
