Ok, so I have a mac book pro and I have a sony bravia tv. 
(winning) ne way... i was able to play sound directly from my mac to my tv via mini displayport to dvi adapter. I just simply went to apple - system preferences - sound - output - and under select a device for sound output ... Sony Bravia TV was listed as an option. So i clicked it and bam!!! sound from my macbook to my sony tv... but now I tried to do it again and the option to select my sony bravia tv isnt there. (not winning).
Can someone please help me out here. How come I was able to play sound from my macbook to the tv before but now it doesnt work? And how do I fix it? Please n thank you!
