I love my jailbreak, but iOS looks cool, and I want icloud support. Do you think it's worth it?

Yeah definitely. It least try it for a while, you could always go back.

How would I go back? Apple isn't signing 4.3.3 anymore.

Since iOS 5 is not available to anyone except developers yet, the whole question is moot at this point.
