Help Switching Back to Lion

So I just bought a macbook pro 2 days ago. Before I even got a chance to make an apple id or anything, my brother decided he wanted to wipe the mac os and install windows 7. i was completely unaware.

now im wondering how i can get back to the mac os.

btw, the mac os was completely wiped. when i start up and hold option, only windows shows up.

help a brother out!

Way... way too many specs to list.
Hold down the R key during boot. If it comes up to the recovery screen you can use that to reinstall. If not, head on down to an Apple store, and slap your brother.

Follow the instructions. Still slap your brother.

Is your brother still able to walk after doing that? :D

What Mike said above is all I can think of. If he totally erased the drive and zapped the recovery partition, taking it to Apple might be your only recourse unless you have another Mac with at least 10.6.7 on it.

Worry not fellas my brother has been slapped on numerous occasions since this blasphemy took place. I appreciate the help, will try it and let you all know.
